As a writer on Formula 1 history, Chris Morris has watched generations of drivers develop, shine, and then fade since the early sixties and has always been fascinated by comparisons of drivers throughout the sport’s history. This has culminated in a new series of books which seeks to find the Greatest Of All Time in different aspects of F1.

Of course, watching Formula One is not only time consuming but is also a largely sedentary activity, so along the way the obvious answers to solve both of these problems was firstly to develop a system of time management – which resulted in a book on that topic – and more recently a method of home exercise which takes just 20 minutes (that’s time management again!) and will keep you fit before, during and after long sessions of watching the great sport of Formula One. There are now four books in the Easy Fitness series, with more to follow.
